Abstract Submission guide
Oral and Poster Presentations Will Be Accepted Within Next Two Days After Thorough Evaluation By The Scientific Board
*Abstract submission deadline is end of day Thursday, 5 September 2024
* Each participant can present a maximum of two posters. If accepted, a maximum of one oral presentation and one poster presentation can be submitted for a participant.
* Since the oral presentations slots are limited, it might be asked to change presentation type to poster.
* Each oral presentation is expected to present around 10 minutes.
* Project abstracts will be available digitally after concluding the program.
Abstract SubmIssIon GuIdelenes
It is crucial to submit abstracts abiding by the format specified on the following information:
- All abstracts will be submitted in English.
- Should be submitted through the online submission system.
- Should not exceed the word limit of 250 words.
- Should include the purpose of your study, materials/methods, results, conclusion/discussion sections.
Should list at least minimum 3 key words.
- Author information: The first letters of the presenters first and last name should be capitalized and placed below the title. The author affiliations should follow on the next line.
- Text should be typed and kept in digital form.
Poster GuIdelInes
- Poster will be prepared and printed with the dimensions: 70cm width x 90cm height, and text remain within the lines of the printed form. Posters should also include the title, the names of the authors, affiliations and the email address of the author.
- Poster presenters are responsible for mounting and removal of their posters. The local organizing committee will supply materials for mounting of posters.
Authors need to be available at their poster for discussion during the poster session.
